Black White Minimalist Modern Aesthetic

An embodiment of my own feminine duality.

As Miss Mona Little, I’m free to move between soft, sensual playfulness and a daring, seductive darkness. Dance has given me the freedom to become who I truly am: unapologetically feminine, fiercely powerful, and deeply alive. Being on stage doesn't just feel like a performance: it’s a moment where I step out of my head and fully live in my body, connecting with myself and the world around me.

Through dance, I hope to create a space that inspires others to embrace their own wild, beautiful truths.

My story as a dancer

I started my dance journey in 2019 with pole dance, and discovered burlesque in 2020, which felt like unlocking a missing piece of myself. As a child, I loved dancing (ballet, jazz & hiphop), but after a painful growth spurt as a teenager that forced me to stop dancing, I believed that part of me was gone forever. Finding Burlesque and aerial arts like pole, silks, trapeze, and hoop—gave me that joy back. I reconnected with myself and finally allowed myself to play again, and learnt to embrace every side of my femininity: the soft, sensual, playful side, and the more daring, seductive, powerful side.

I began performing in 2022 with the Sinners Dollhouse Show Group, where I stayed until 2024. During this time, I had the privilege of performing in notable shows such as Don Vitalski’s Legendarische Dinsdagclub (Minard Schouwburg, De Paroza, De Roma), at the FACTS Expo in Ghent, and at TriArte in Antwerp.

Since 2023, I have been creating my own solo and group acts and expanding into independent performance projects, appearing at venues such as De Kring, De Charlatan, and Missy Sippy in Ghent.

In 2024, I co-founded Garters & Giggles Cabaret with two dear friends, where we write and perform our own shows and animations. Together, we have performed at Casa Rosa during the Gentse Feesten (2024 & 2025), Kelly & Dolly’s Grote Revue and collaborated on multiple occasions with Asgaard Jeugdhuis in Gentbrugge.

Alongside performing, teaching became a natural extension of my love for dance. I began with bachelorette workshops in 2023, started teaching chair dance in Ghent with Sinners Dollhouse in 2024, and, since 2025, I teach burlesque and chair dance in Ghent with the Antwerp Burlesque Academy.

For me, dance isn’t just performance—it’s healing, liberation, and the purest form of self-expression. Every time I dance, I feel free, alive, and deeply connected to myself and the world around me. My hope is to create spaces where others feel that same freedom, to explore their true selves, heal, and embrace their own wild, beautiful truths.
